The Northwest Fishing Team had an astonishing 2011 season.  With vast numbers of Chinook boating up to 40 + Kings a day made for busy fishing days for all of our anglers.  We look forward to another great season in 2012 as we are getting geared towards another highly anticipated run of Chinook Salmon in the famous islands of Haida Gwaii. 

As far as what time of year goes, anytime between mid May to mid September we have been experiencing outstanding size and numbers of fish in the abundant waters of Haida Gwaii.  Every year seems to be somewhat consistant for all species. 

In July 2011 the Northwest Fishing Team hosted the new upcoming sportsfishing show "Rod And A Rucksack" which will premier in the spring of 2012 on one of the mainstream televison networks.  The filming took place entirely in our stomping grounds and captured the raw and amazing beauty that one of our adventures has to offer.
